While we welcome all kinds of builds and builders, for added fun, we have regular themes at our club. Our themes give members a chance to branch out and try things they might not have before, and for experienced builders to teach others their techniques.
We have six themes: Aircraft, Armor, Autos, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and Ships. We have broad interpretations for each of these themes, but here is our main idea for each.
Aircraft: If it flies, it qualifies. You will find a wide variety of aircraft built by our members, from vintage to futuristic. If airships, helicopters, blimps, or weather balloons (!?) are your thing, then bring them and build with us!
Armor: It's easier to say that "Land-Based Military Stuff". Beyond tanks, we build armored cars, artillery, railroad guns, and even military field kitchen trucks. And be sure to check out the Armor Gallery. We have some talented diorama builders!
Autos: From classics, to casual, to industrial, to futuristic. If you love things on wheels, you'll love what our members have made.
Fantasy: Strange creatures, mages, witches, knights in armor, or the supernatural.
Sci-Fi: Star Wars, Star Trek, Gundam, RoboTech, and everything in between. Not to mention the real science builds like Voyager Spacecraft and Saturn 5 rockets.
Ships: If it floats, it counts. Okay, we'll take submarines too. Or the more exotic, like floating rigs or underwater stations.
